WEATHER MANIPULATION

“What are you doing for others?”

M.l.King

Often o

Here we go then, this is a biggie……Is weather the new warfare? Yes, that is the right question, is it the new warfare. Sound a stupid question? Well maybe its not so far fetched. With so much strange weather could some of it be man-made and intentionally designed to cause strategic and/or economic collateral ?

So what is happening to our weather? Are we heading for a mini-Ice Age as predicted by some meteorological analysis? What effect has been caused by ‘Green House Emissions’? Is the shift of magnetic north the reason for all of this bizarre weather?  Or could there be an additional factor….Mankind tinkering with the atmosphere, using technology in a silent war?

‘The High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) is an Ionospheric research program jointly funded by the US Air Force, the US Navy, the University of Alaska and the Defence Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA).

Its purpose is to analyse the ionosphere and investigate the potential for developing Ionospheric enhancement technology for radio communications and surveillance purposes (such as missile detection). The HAARP program operates a major Arctic facility, known as the HAARP Research Station, on an Air Force owned site near Gakona Alaska.

Prominent instrument at the HAARP Station is the Ionospheric Research Instrument (IRI), a high power transmitter facility operating in the high frequency range. The IRI is used to temporarily excite a limited area of the ionosphere. Other instruments, such as VHF and UHF radar, a fluxgate magnetometer, a digisonde and an induction magnetometer, are used to study the physical processes that occur in the excited region. We all knew that right?!

Basically large numbers of transmitters collectively fire a lightning bolt into the ionosphere and lift it upwards, up to eight miles. Analysis then takes place to find out what happens at this point to help greater understanding of the world we live in, via monitoring how the particles in the Ionosphere react.

Remember…. what goes up must come down, the force that is projected is immense and whilst the ionosphere is lifted, here on earth it can create great repercussions. The Aurora Borealis or Northern Lights have been sighted in daylight in regions where this would not logically happen, unless such an incident as this was to happen.’

(Jonathan although very intrigued with Dan’s talk was starting to switch off but at this point remembered Lu’s comments whilst in Hong Kong and sat up straight and attentive. Aaron knowingly recognised that Jonathan may have worked out the connection himself).

‘Conspiracy surrounds this technology, after all are all Earthquakes, Thunderstorms, Tsunamis and other such natural disasters actually natural? Every time such an event happens a huge amount of money is raised via global appeals yet we still see homeless and hungry faces on our screens sometimes years later, is it unfair to ask what happened to the money?

‘Of course Dan, I’ll explain it. You have to be patient with Dan regarding these subjects Jonathan he gets rather frantic about it all every now and then… HAARP is a result of Nikola Tesla’s pioneering work; the Tesla Coil is often used in common language.

He was a brilliant man Jonathan with great ideas, he invented the electrical AC alternative Current used today around the world. Born in Russia he was a dreamer who believed that war was no good. His hypothesis was that if everyone was equal in military power and technology it would end wars as mankind would appreciate the pointlessness of starting wars.  He patented many genius ideas and believed that by understanding natural energy mankind could be enhanced by working with the planets natural energies. Such as redistributing energy from the planets outer spheres, at any one moment the amount of electrical discharge in these regions would supply enough power for all the world’s needs. He left blueprints for these works but during his life time was not able to raise the funds to complete all his ambitions mainly due to the outbreak ironically of the Second World War. On his death the Americans and Russians raced to discover his final papers on the technology, these allegedly could not be recovered by the Americans and was widely believed that the Russians were in possession of them. After the war of course the Cold War was about to commence and all suspicions grew around the understandings and deliverables of such technology.

Finally in the 1980’s Ronald Regan formally announced the starting of the Star Wars project or as it became more formally know, the Defence Shield. Quite simply using Teslas’ ideas a proposed defence shield could be layered around the world which could destroy any form of long range nuclear missile before it were to hit its destination, hence it was sold as a defence system.’

Simply natural events or not, our precious climate is something that surely deserves greater emphasise. It’s so obvious that something is happening either way. We only have one planet; let’s give it the attention it deserves.

The weather we are experiencing around the world maybe part of a natural cycle. However, this type of technological agenda is not common knowledge and, mainstream news makes little or no reference to such projects. This technology exists all around the world and, every super-power utilises their own version.

So why is it not common knowledge and talked about in the mainstream?
