MOOLADHARA

19/09/2015

The Mooladhara is situated in the Pelvic Plexus also referred to as the Sacrum Bone. Is it the base of our being and presence and without its realisation the Kundalini is not capable of rising through the Pranic system. Basic rules apply to the Mooladhara, quite simply it requires its original pure innocent energy.

The Mooladhara is all about innocence, the innocence we were born with. It is connected to our childhood. It is pure innocence and not to be confused with naivety.

A positive attitude is easily achieved via the Mooladhara, allowing a life without fear or pre-judgement. Instrumental in allowing us to see the positive aspects in every situation and everyone. Manifesting qualities of innocence, non - discrimination, balance and joy. Allowing us to appreciate the spirit in its genuine state.

Upon our pure attention we can achieve a state of thoughtless awareness, enabling life to become simpler and creating a happier experience.

On a physical level the Mooladhara is situated in the Pelvic Plexus and controls all excretory production and the reproductive system.
